Open the PDF in a PDF editor that supports image insertion
Select the option to insert, add, or place an image
Choose the image file from your device
Position the image where you want it on the page
Resize or crop the image if needed
Save the edited PDF
If using online tools, upload the PDF, add the image, and download the updated file
If using Adobe Acrobat, use the Edit PDF or Add Image tool
If using Microsoft Word, insert the image into the document, then export as PDF
If using Google Docs, insert the image, then download the file as a PDF
