Download or create a skin file in PNG format
Open the Minecraft launcher or game profile settings
Sign in to your Minecraft account
Go to the Skins section
Click New Skin or Browse
Select the PNG skin file from your device
Choose the correct model type
Save the skin
Select the new skin to apply it
Launch Minecraft and check the skin in-game
