Open Discord and go to the server where you have permission to manage the soundboard
Click the server name at the top left
Select Server Settings
Click Soundboard
Click Add Sound
Choose an audio file from your device
Trim or adjust the sound if prompted
Add a name for the sound
Save the sound
Repeat for any additional sounds
Make sure the soundboard is enabled for the server
Check that your role has permission to use or manage the soundboard
Test the soundboard in a voice channel or supported channel
