Open Adobe Premiere Pro
Import your video into the Project panel
Drag the video to the timeline
Select the Type Tool from the toolbar
Click in the Program Monitor where you want the text
Type your text
Use the Essential Graphics panel to edit font, size, color, and alignment
Move and resize the text directly in the Program Monitor
Adjust the text layer duration in the timeline
Save your project
