Download the texture pack file
Open Minecraft
Go to Settings
Select Global Resources or Resource Packs
Click Open Pack Folder or Browse
Move the texture pack file into the resource packs folder
Return to Minecraft
Select the texture pack from the available packs
Activate the pack
Start or resume your world
Check that the texture pack is working
