Open your Word document
Place the cursor where you want the tickable box
Go to the **Home** tab
In the **Paragraph** group, click the dropdown next to **Bullets**
Select **Define New Bullet**
Choose **Symbol**
Select a tick-style character (e.g., a checkbox or checkmark symbol)
Click **OK**
Click **OK**
Type the text after the tickable box
To create more tickable boxes, press **Enter** and repeat as needed
Optional: To use real checkboxes, go to the **Developer** tab
Click **Check Box Content Control** in the **Controls** group
Click in the document where you want the checkbox
To enable the Developer tab (if hidden): go to **File** → **Options** → **Customize Ribbon** → check **Developer** → click **OK**
