Open the Workout app on your Apple Watch
Scroll through the workout types
Tap the workout you want
Tap the More button if you want to set a goal
Choose calories, time, or open goal
Tap Start
Wait for the workout countdown to begin
Begin your workout
Swipe right or left to view workout metrics
End the workout by swiping right and tapping End
Confirm the workout is saved to your Activity app on iPhone
