Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu
Select Settings
Click Privacy and security
Click Site settings
Click Camera
Turn on Sites can ask to use your camera
Choose the correct camera from the dropdown
Allow camera access for the specific website
Refresh the website
Check your device camera permissions if Chrome still cannot access the camera
