Open Krita
Create a new document
Enable the Animation workspace
Open the Timeline docker
Open the Onion Skins docker
Create a new animation layer
Set the frame rate
Insert keyframes on the timeline
Draw each frame on separate frames
Use onion skinning to see previous and next frames
Move or edit drawings between frames as needed
Play back the animation to preview it
Adjust timing by extending or shortening frame exposure
Add more frames until the animation is complete
Export the animation as a video or image sequence
