Prepare the nails by washing hands and removing old polish
Push back cuticles and remove any dead skin from the nail plate
File nails to the desired shape
Lightly buff the nail surface to remove shine
Clean nails with alcohol or nail cleanser to remove dust and oils
Apply a dehydrator if needed
Apply a thin layer of base coat or builder gel base if required
Cure under a UV or LED lamp according to product instructions
Apply a small bead of builder gel to the nail
Use a brush to spread and shape the gel evenly
Build the apex and desired structure
Cure under the lamp
Repeat with additional thin layers if needed, curing each layer
Remove the sticky inhibition layer if the product requires it
File and refine the shape after curing
Buff the surface smooth
Apply top coat
Cure the top coat under the lamp
Clean off any residue if needed
Apply cuticle oil after finishing
