Visit the official NSDL Protean or UTIITSL PAN services website
Select the option for PAN card reprint or duplicate PAN card
Enter your PAN number, Aadhaar number, date of birth, and other required details
Verify your identity using OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email
Fill in the application form with current contact details and address
Upload the required documents if asked
Pay the applicable fee online
Submit the application
Save or note the acknowledgment number for tracking
Download the e-PAN if available, or wait for the physical duplicate PAN card to be delivered
Track the application status using the acknowledgment number
