File a police complaint or keep a copy of the loss report, if available
Visit the official NSDL Protean or UTIITSL PAN reprint portal
Select the option for reprint or duplicate PAN card
Enter your PAN number, Aadhaar number, date of birth, and other required details
Verify your identity using OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email
Pay the applicable reprint fee online
Submit the request after confirming all details
Save the acknowledgment number for tracking
Download the e-PAN if the option is available
Wait for the physical PAN card to be delivered to your address
If your PAN details are not linked with Aadhaar or contact details are outdated, update them first before applying for reprint
