Clean and dry your face completely
Apply moisturizer or skincare products before using Frownies, if desired, and let them fully absorb
Lightly mist the area with water or dampen the skin where the Frownies will go
Separate a Frownies patch from the sheet
Fold and crease the patch along the perforations
Place the patch over the wrinkle area while the skin is relaxed
Smooth the patch firmly onto the skin
Hold the skin taut with one hand while applying if needed
Leave the patch on overnight or for several hours as directed
Remove the patch gently by moistening it with water
Repeat as needed according to the product instructions
