Download the resource pack file
Open Minecraft
Go to Options
Click Resource Packs
Click Open Pack Folder
Move the downloaded resource pack file into the folder
Return to Minecraft
Select the resource pack from Available Packs
Move it to Selected Packs
Click Done
Wait for the pack to load
Restart Minecraft if needed
