Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap Edit Profile
Tap Personal Information Settings or Account Center
Select Email Address
Enter your new email address
Save the changes
Open the verification email sent by Instagram
Confirm the new email address
If needed, enter your Instagram password to complete the change
