Visit the official PAN application portal of NSDL/Protean or UTIITSL
Select the option for new PAN application
Choose the appropriate application form
Fill in personal details such as name, date of birth, gender, and contact information
Enter address and identity details exactly as per supporting documents
Upload required documents such as proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of date of birth
Upload a recent passport-size photograph and signature if required
Review all details carefully before submission
Pay the applicable application fee online
Submit the application form
Save or print the acknowledgment number for tracking
Complete any required Aadhaar-based e-KYC or e-sign verification
Track the application status using the acknowledgment number
Receive the PAN card by post after approval
