Create a text layer in Premiere Pro
Open the Essential Graphics panel
Select the text layer
Go to the Appearance section
Add a Fill or use a graphic overlay for the gradient effect
Create a gradient image in Photoshop or another editor if needed
Import the gradient image into Premiere Pro
Place the gradient image above the text layer
Apply the Track Matte Key effect to the gradient image or text layer
Set the matte to the text layer
Adjust scale and position until the gradient fits the text
Fine-tune opacity and blending if needed
Export the sequence when finished
