Select the range of cells you want to sort
Go to the Data tab
Click Sort A to Z for ascending order
If sorting a single column, choose Expand the selection if prompted
If sorting multiple columns, click Sort and choose the column to sort by
Select Smallest to Largest for numbers
Select A to Z for text
Click OK to apply the sort
