Open the PowerPoint presentation
Go to the slide where you want to attach the Excel file
Click Insert
Select Object
Choose Create from File
Click Browse
Select the Excel file
Click Insert
Choose Link if you want the file to stay connected to the original Excel file
Click OK
Resize or move the embedded Excel object as needed
