Open the Mail app
Tap the compose icon
Enter the recipient, subject, and message
Tap in the body of the email
Tap the arrow or formatting bar if needed
Tap the photo icon or attachment option
Select Photo Library, Take Photo, or Browse
Choose the picture you want to attach
Tap Send
