Preheat the oven to 400°F
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels
Trim any silver skin if needed
Rub the tenderloin with oil
Season with salt, pepper, and any desired spices
Place the tenderloin in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
Check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F
Remove from the oven
Let the pork rest for 5 to 10 minutes
Slice and serve
