Remove any plastic packaging from the brie
Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish
Score the top rind lightly with a knife
Add toppings if desired, such as honey, jam, nuts, or herbs
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes
Remove when the brie is soft and slightly puffed
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving
Serve with crackers, bread, or fruit
