How To Bake Turkey Legs?

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)

Pat the turkey legs dry with paper towels

Rub the turkey legs with oil or melted butter

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and any preferred herbs

Place the turkey legs in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet

Add a little water or broth to the pan if desired

Cover loosely with foil

Bake for 45 minutes

Remove the foil

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes more, until the skin is browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)

Let the turkey legs rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving
