Complete the mandatory training provided by LIC
Appear for the IRDAI licensing exam
Pass the exam to get the insurance agent license
Receive appointment as an LIC agent after approval
Start selling LIC policies and earning commission
Maintain the license by following LIC and IRDAI rules
