Open the Phone app
Go to Recents or Contacts
Select the number you want to block
Tap More, Info, or the three-dot menu
Choose Block number or Block contact
Confirm the block
Open the Messages app
Open the conversation from the number
Tap More or the menu icon
Select Block number
Confirm the block
Open Settings
Tap Phone, Calls, or Blocked numbers
Add the number to the blocked list
Use your carrier’s blocking service
Use a third-party call-blocking app
Remove the number from the blocked list to unblock it
