Tap Spam protection or Blocked numbers
Add the number you want to block
Open Contacts
Select the contact
Tap the three-dot menu
Tap Block numbers or Block contact
Confirm the block
Open your carrier’s app or website
Find message blocking or spam blocking settings
Enable text message blocking
Open Settings
Tap Apps
Tap Messages
Tap Notifications
Turn off notifications for unwanted messages
Open the conversation
Tap the sender name or number
Tap Block and report spam
Confirm the block
Open the Messages app
Tap the three-dot menu
Tap Spam and blocked
Review blocked messages if needed
Remove or add blocked numbers from there
