Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Settings and privacy
Tap Privacy
Tap Posts
Turn on Hide like and view counts
To hide likes on your own posts before sharing, tap Advanced settings on the post screen
Turn on Hide like and view counts on this post
To hide like counts on posts you see, open a post
Tap the three dots on the post
Select Hide like count
To unhide, repeat the same steps and select Unhide like count
