Find a stronghold using Eyes of Ender
Locate the End Portal room inside the stronghold
Clear the area around the portal frame
Place Eyes of Ender into each empty portal frame
Make sure all 12 frame blocks are filled
Stand back and wait for the portal to activate
Enter the End Portal to travel to The End
