Gather obsidian
Get flint and steel
Build a rectangular frame 4 blocks wide and 5 blocks tall
Leave the 2 middle blocks on the bottom and top empty
Fill the frame corners with obsidian
Make sure the inside opening is 2 blocks wide and 3 blocks tall
Use flint and steel on the inside of the frame
Enter the portal to travel to the Nether
