Open the Settings app
Tap General
Tap iPhone Storage
Review the storage recommendations
Tap Upgrade Options
Choose the iCloud storage plan you want
Tap Buy
Sign in with your Apple ID (if prompted)
Confirm the purchase
Wait for the upgrade to complete
To check the new storage level, go back to Settings > General > iPhone Storage (or Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage)
