List all courses that count toward your major
Find each course’s grade and credit hours
Convert each grade to grade points using your school’s scale
Multiply each course’s grade points by its credit hours
Add all quality points together
Add all major credit hours together
Divide total quality points by total major credit hours
Exclude courses that do not count toward the major if your school requires it
Use your school’s official GPA policy for repeats, pass/fail, and withdrawals
