Sign in to your Canva account
Go to Account settings
Open the Billing & plans section
Select your Canva subscription
Click Cancel subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation
Check for a confirmation email
If you subscribed through Apple App Store, cancel through your Apple account
If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel through your Google Play account
If you subscribed through a team or organization account, contact the account admin
