Open Canva and sign in
Create a new design or open an existing one
Click Elements in the left sidebar
Search for table
Select a table template or grid
Insert the table into your design
Resize the table as needed
Click on cells to add text
Adjust rows and columns by dragging edges
Customize colors, borders, and fonts
Save or download your design
