Go to Southwest.com or open the Southwest app
Sign in to your account, or use your confirmation number and passenger name
Select “Manage Reservations”
Find the flight you want to cancel
Click or tap “Cancel”
Confirm the cancellation
Check your email for the cancellation confirmation
Review your refund or travel funds details in your Southwest account
If you booked through a third party, contact that travel agency or booking site to cancel the flight
