Open the Albert app
Go to your profile or settings
Find the Help or Support section
Select Account or Membership settings
Choose Cancel account or Close account
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
If you cannot cancel in the app, contact Albert Support through the app or website
Withdraw any remaining funds before closing the account
Download any statements or records you want to keep before cancellation
