Go to Purchase history
Find the order you want to cancel
Check whether the seller has already shipped it
Select More actions or Contact seller
Choose Cancel order if the option is available
Send a cancellation request to the seller
Wait for the seller to approve or decline the request
If the order has already shipped, request a return after delivery
Check your email and eBay messages for confirmation
Monitor your refund status if the cancellation is approved
