Open the ClassPass app or website and sign in
Go to your account settings or membership settings
Select the option to manage or cancel your membership
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Check for any cancellation fees or notice requirements before confirming
Save the confirmation email or cancellation confirmation screen
If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through that platform instead
Contact ClassPass support if you cannot find the cancellation option
