Open the Lenskart app or website and log in
Go to My Orders
Select the order you want to cancel
Check if the Cancel Order option is available
Tap or click Cancel Order
Choose a cancellation reason if prompted
Confirm the cancellation
If the order has already been processed or shipped, contact Lenskart customer support immediately
Use the help section in the app or website to raise a cancellation request if the cancel option is not available
Check your refund status after cancellation if payment was already made
