Open the Lenskart app or website
Log in to your account
Go to My Orders or Order History
Select the order you want to cancel
Check if the Cancel Order option is available
Click Cancel Order
Choose a cancellation reason if prompted
Confirm the cancellation
Check for a cancellation confirmation message or email
If the order is already shipped or delivered, contact Lenskart customer support immediately
