Go to the Max website or open the Max app
Sign in to your account
Open your account or profile settings
Select Subscription or Billing
Choose Cancel Subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation
Check your email for a cancellation confirmation
If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, or your TV provider, cancel through that provider instead
