Sign in to your Microsoft account
Go to Services & subscriptions
Find your Microsoft 365 subscription
Select Manage
Choose Cancel subscription
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Check for any refund or billing details
If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, or a retailer, cancel through that provider instead
