Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with a global administrator account
Go to Admin centers
Open Azure Active Directory or Microsoft Entra admin center
Select Enterprise applications
Search for Gravyty
Open the Gravyty application
Go to Permissions or Security
Select Grant admin consent for your organization
Confirm the consent prompt
Verify that admin consent status shows as granted
If Gravyty is not listed, go to Azure Active Directory
Select App registrations
Add or register the Gravyty application if required
Return to Enterprise applications
Grant admin consent again
Ensure the account used has global admin or privileged role administrator permissions
