Open the MyJio app or visit the Jio website
Log in with your Jio Fiber account
Go to the Jio Fiber services section
Select your Jio Fiber connection
Choose the option to raise a disconnection or cancellation request
Fill in the required details and submit the request
Call Jio customer care at 1800-889-9999 and request cancellation
Visit the nearest Jio store or Jio service center and submit a cancellation request
Keep your registered mobile number and account details ready
Return any Jio Fiber equipment if asked by Jio
Ask for confirmation of the cancellation request
Save the complaint or request reference number
Check for any pending dues and clear them if required
