Go to My Orders
Select the order you want to cancel
Click or tap Cancel
Choose a cancellation reason if asked
Confirm the cancellation
Check for a cancellation confirmation message or email
If the order is already shipped, check whether cancellation is still available
If cancellation is not available, wait for delivery and request a return or refund if eligible
