Go to your order history or active orders
Select the order you want to cancel
Check whether the order is still in a cancellable stage
Use the cancel order option if available
If no cancel option appears, call the Domino’s store that is preparing your order
Provide your order number and request cancellation
If needed, contact Domino’s customer support
Ask whether a refund is available based on the order status
Save any cancellation confirmation you receive
