Open the Nykaa app or website and log in to your account
Go to My Orders
Select the order you want to cancel
Check if the Cancel Order option is available
Tap or click Cancel Order
Choose the reason for cancellation if prompted
Confirm the cancellation
Check for a cancellation confirmation message or email
If the order has already been shipped, contact Nykaa customer support for help
If the order is delivered, cancellation is not possible; you may need to request a return instead
