Log in to your PayPal account
Go to Settings
Open the Payments or Subscriptions section
Find the automatic payment or subscription you want to cancel
Select the merchant or payment
Click Cancel, Cancel automatic payments, or Turn off auto-renew
Confirm the cancellation
If you want to close your PayPal account, go to Settings
Open Account settings
Select Close your account
Follow the prompts to confirm account closure
Make sure your balance is zero before closing the account
Cancel any linked subscriptions or recurring payments before closing the account
