Open the printer queue from Settings, Control Panel, or the printer icon in the taskbar
Select the print job or jobs you want to stop
Click Cancel, Delete, or Remove
If needed, choose Cancel All Documents or Clear All
Restart the Print Spooler service if jobs will not clear
Turn the printer off and on again if the queue remains stuck
Delete stuck jobs from the printer queue folder if necessary
Reboot the computer if the queue still does not clear
