Open Task Manager
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc
Click the Startup tab
Select the program you want to disable
Click Disable
Open Settings
Go to Apps
Click Startup
Turn off the programs you do not want to run at startup
Open the program’s own settings
Look for an option like Run at startup or Launch on startup
Turn it off
Open System Configuration
Press Win + R
Type msconfig
Press Enter
Go to the Startup tab
Disable unwanted startup items
Check the Startup folder
Press Win + R
Type shell:startup
Press Enter
Delete shortcuts for programs you do not want to start automatically
Restart the computer to confirm the changes
