Log in to your account
Go to My Bookings or My Trips
Select the ticket you want to cancel
Click or tap Cancel Ticket
Review the cancellation details and refund amount
Confirm the cancellation
Check your email or app for the cancellation confirmation
Wait for the refund to be processed to your original payment method
